In AL1, we have HR Tools Center, an area specialized in Assessment Center.
We carry out a series of tests and individual and group dynamics to evaluate the soft-skills related to each job. This type of evidence provides objective, reliable and updated information, which deepens the knowledge of the forms of performance of each collaborator, attitudes, competencies, skills, motivations and work style, among others.

Types of Assessment AL1 :
The assessment centers have been adapting to the different needs that the companies have been developing over time. Depending on the needs of the company, the budget or the time available to develop them, as well as the area in which it is applied, we carry out five types of Assessment:
1. Individual and group selection assessment: This is a process in which Recruiters carry out a series of dynamics and tests on the group of candidates so that they work both in groups and individually. Depending on the tests that are carried out, this process can last between one to
three days.
2. Individual selection assessment: The evaluation of the candidates is performed individually. In this way, without making a comparison between candidates. Ensures data protection in circumstances where require it. This type of Assessment also known as an interview individual situational.
3. Development assessment: Used to carry out an internal evaluation of workers already in the organization. The main objective is detect strengths and opportunities in the development of individual competencies and teams to develop coaching, mentoring, or training that allows the development of strengths and opportunities and progress within the organization.
4. Management Assessment: It is similar to the Development Assessment, but focuses on team management positions and particularly works on skills and management and management skills, related to culture organizational and the microculture of the teams.
5. Online assessment: It is a more recent and agile modality that can be carried out for all the previous types of Assessment.
The Assessment Center is a tool that allows you to evaluate the skills and competencies of potential and current collaborators, thus helping to take more accurate hiring and/or development decisions.
